SAP Coordinator

Job Summary

The SAP Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely data entry of Production into SAP, machine downtime into the OEE Database and must investigate and resolve data discrepancies. The SAP Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring and ensuring accuracy of materials inventory, performing cycle counts, investigating and resolving materials inventory discrepancies, and assisting with all other SAP or OEE issues that arise during their shift.

• Kitchen C&M Inventory
• Holds, Destruction Orders
• Resolving System Issues
• Period End Specific Tasks
• Period Inventory

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance OR Associate's Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Finance with at least 2 years of relevant work experience OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand, communicate, read and write basic work-related English.
• Ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively at a variety of levels inside and outside Mars, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable utilizing detailed financial information.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, experience using SAP / Atlas is preferable, experience with office productivity software (e.g., MS Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detailed knowledge of Mars internal supply chain operations, processes and ways of working and external warehousing and transportation are a plus.
