• Design discussions with key business users
• Complete feasibility check and provide insights into building scalable business solutions
• Complete technical build as per programming standards along with unit & integration testing within agreed timelines

Your key responsibilities

• Lead contributor in the Build team (for Integration) working closely work with business & tech teams to understand the requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
• You will be entrusted design, develop, test and deploy End To End integration flows using SAP CPI including message mapping, transformation and routing.
• Conduct analysis to gather the information needed for solution design.
• Prepare technical documentation and represent solution in architect’s forum seeking approval before commencing build.
• Work as Integration Technical PoC (hands-on) for managing data interchange between SAP & Non-SAP systems.
• Participate in evaluation of future products and provide relevant use cases for our scope of work
• Creates and modifies business-facing documentation when needed (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, summaries).
• Supports testing on behalf of users, operations, and testing teams potentially including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing, between different applications, when required.
• Work with application developers to resolve integration issues from UATs, and to help find solutions.
• Works closely with business analysts to detail proposed solutions and solution maintenance.
• Work with Application Management for trouble shooting and resolution for reported bugs (connectivity / loss of transmission / data mapping errors / incorrect data patterns / file format issues etc.) with interfaces for Live applications (steady state). Issues

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Science or an IT-related discipline (or equivalent)
• More than 8 years’ experience (hands-on) in SAP CPI-IS.
• Deep experience of integrating data / applications on SAP S4 HANA Finance & Procurement modules.
• Strong knowledge of using Groovy Scripts, SOAP API’s, Web Services, OData services, IDocs is a must.
• Knowledge of working with File based interfaces transmitted via file exchange mechanisms like MFT is strongly appreciated
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA landscape and ability to propose customized solutions based on business requirements.
• Knowledge on CIG & PI is an additional advantage
• Good experience of integrating data from Non-SAP modules
• Candidate should have experience in setting up system (along with Basis) to receive / send information
• High analytical capabilities and strong (verbal / written) communication skills.
• Should be self-driven and have initiative to identify root cause of issue rather than just provide temporary fixes
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated within set competencies in a team and fast paced environments
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exposure to working with Global Teams
