E2E Testing Lead

High-level description:
The E2E testing Lead is responsible to lead the transversal testing stream to drive and manage E2E Process tests including but not limit to testing planning across tribes, Loreal IT and 3rd party vendors, coordinate and manage execution by working closely between local team (NEO team, Zone/Local IT) and Global team (testing workstream, tribes and other workstreams) to achieve the North Asia MC/HK/TW rollout project timeline.

Detailed JD:
Drive strategic planning of testing with the frame from NEO Core team
-           Planning & change management
-           Dependency Cross party coordination & alignment
-           Support capacity planning (Resources capacity plan for all parties involved in testing cycles to ensure resource availability and allocation)
Manage the execution of E2E Process tests
-           Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
-           Verify and support the right usage of project tools to manage Testing activities
-           Support to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
-           Report and escalation
-           Defects & Risk management
-           Scope and Schedule Change Management

Technical Cutover Lead

The Technical Cutover Lead is responsible to drive the cutover preparation and execution phase by working closely with global cutover team, business cutover champion and zone and local application owner, to ensure all Zone & local application smoothly transit from old environment to Neo.
Detailed JD:
- Responsible overall cutover preparation and execution
- Cascading of cutover ways of working for zone and local apps
- Coach zone and local apps for any QAs in cutover phase.
- Share cutover ways of working and monitor cutover documentation for zone and local apps
Follow up cutover tasks, RAG status and guarantee execution on time
- Facilitate the cut over integration between different workstreams
- Report to management on cutover KPI and alerts if necessary

SAP Service Delivery Manager

Work Scope

- With ITSM experience as it is Application Maintenance Services in very complex environment (many systems connected, very political)

- With SAP implementation experience also if possible (ideally S/4) – mainly Order to Cash flows (finance, supply chain) è best would be to have someone with already experience of AMS activities in SAP environment, no need of strong SAP expert

- Someone able to be a strong interface between the Business in APAC (first Hong-Kong / Taiwan & then China) and the delivery team in India to ensure delivery is progressing as per priority/emergency – able to understand the issues to drive them
