Sap Data Migration - Lead - Syniti ADM

Role Name: Wave Lead

Skills & Experience:

1. Candidates with 8 ? 11 years of experience in SAP Data migration, with basic knowledge in all the domains.

2. Should have end to end knowledge in ETL concept (ADM Tool preferred), SAP LSMW. Good have knowledge on all process areas.

3. Good Leadership skill to work with team of BIEs and DMEs and coordinating with Business .

4. Documenting the business and compliance requirements like Data Migration Strategy, Data Qualification Plan, Data Requirement Specification and Data Qualification Report and working with different stake holders for proper routing of documents and approvals in given time lines.

5. Strong oral and written communication skills / Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

6. Should own the Data migration deliverables from the requirement gathering to Hypercare support

7. Should understand the Clients' Integrated Landscape and process for data migration.
