SAP Data Readiness Program Manager

What you will do:
As our SAP Data Readiness Program Manager you will provide enterprise-level project management support during ERP implementation activities for all Business Data Readiness activities across the relevant phases of deployment. You will be responsible for facilitating the coordination and reporting of Business Data Readiness activities to ensure program deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with Stryker procedures.
- Engage with business Deployment Group team members
- Work with the Deployment Group and program business teams to support data readiness activities across all relevant applications that are enabling Stryker's business transformation. These include:
- Determining data scope and relevancy
- Data readiness and measurement
- Data validation
- Data object ownership
- Determining milestones and delivery timing
- Drive planning, execution, and tracking of all Business Data Readiness deliverables and ensure alignment with ERP implementation activities
- Work with PMO and Cutover Teams to maintain and communicate alignment of plans and schedules, (L1, L2, L3)
- Ensure close and continuous alignment of the data track schedule with the ERP deployment schedule; escalating risks and resolutions where necessary
- Partner with the release team, IT governance and Program PMO to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX and PM standards
- Partner with business teams to monitor RAID creation, maintenance, documentation, and reporting
- Proactively identify, actively manage and track/status all risks and issues for Business Data Readiness related to ERP implementation
- Provide detailed status of current state of various work packages for the entire suite of global applications and highlight key areas of concern to the Business Data Readiness Lead. In addition, provide periodic updates to stakeholders at various levels - Deployment group sponsors and program sponsors
- Generate weekly program status reports
- Provide support to the Deployment Group Data Lead to identify and align Deployment Group resources to the data readiness schedules and activities
- Coordinate with Workstream PM to identify and align Business Process Owners to the data readiness activities
- Maintain an awareness of the broader Stryker applications' data needs and assist in coordination where practical
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per the Accelerate playbook and current global IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. Act as liaison between IT PMO and Accelerate program to map deliverables and activities
- Continuously evaluate and drive measurable improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies; provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however in lieu of a degree an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience is required
- PMP certification preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience project managing or delivering projects with a data migration component is needed
- Has a proven record of managing successful projects. Experience leading successful large projects across multiple functions and locations
- Experienced in ERP methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
- International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred
- Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc., standards and processes.
- $95,100- $175,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
