SAP Deputy Project Manager

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

Track project status and work with Tech leads/challenge leads to identify and report risks to management as well as helping with risks mitigation.

Coordinate internal resources and priority allocations and interact with cross-functional working teams that include US Federal based and IBM EMEA based consultants engaged in process integration design/build/test activities for an SAP S/4HANA implementation ensuring all milestones are delivered on time.
Be the interface to Clients for program status update alignment and change requirements management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Background of program management for SAP Implementations
• Experience in IBM Federal Financials and deliverable management
• Strong experience with IMS schedule including controlling/monitoring tasks.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP S/4 experience
• SAP MRO or Aerospace and Defense Background
• Leadership roles including Project Management is a must
