Job Description

Your role:

• Lead and manage cross-functional data projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies.
• Analyze and present data insights to support business strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Knowledge of current application development and enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse logistic processes.
