SAP FiCo Analyst

Our Team:
The Core Finance Squad is part of Finance and Supply Chain Domain within Vista. The Core Finance squad is responsible for delivery, general administration and support for all core financial processes used globally by Vista and other business units in SAP S/4 Hana.
What You Will Do:
As a Sr. SAP FI-CO configuration analyst on the Core Finance Team, you will play a key role in the build & maintenance of SAP and integrated technology solutions for new company codes as well as supporting and expanding our current S/4 Hana environment. The optimal candidate for this position will have multiple years of FI-CO consulting or support experience, experience with multinational SAP deployments, and will have utilized such experience to implement and support global solutions in SAP.
Your role will involve:

• Solicit business requirements, recommend best-in-class solutions, and lead the design, build, deployment, support, and test efforts for complex business processes executed in SAP.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP financial (FI) and management accounting (CO) modules & their integration with other SAP modules like Material management, Sales & distribution.
• Understanding and designing integration of SAP with third party systems
• Coordination, system configuration, and cutover of new company codes based on Vista expansion to new countries or legal entities.
• Maintaining and expanding system documentation for support notes and new company code playbook.
• Triage and troubleshooting SAP system technical and functional issues, coordinating issue resolution, or escalation across appropriate teams at Vista in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting and improving existing functionality.
• Using your communication skills to collaborate with other developers, other analysts, and business partners in remote locations to gather requirements, provide status updates, participate in design reviews and team meetings, and collaborate on cross-platform solutions.
• Working closely with the SAP Development team to enhance or create custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces to solve business issues.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders in the US, as well as with key business partners located across the globe in locations such as Canada, many European countries, India, Japan, and Australia.

• SAP functional configuration and finance business process experience of 5+ years that includes experience in some of these Finance-related modules: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Controlling, MM integration, or integration experience with cloud-based tools (Concur travel and expense / Coupa purchasing).
• Experience with S4 Hana and understanding around universal journal, CDS views, Fiori apps.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues.
• Ability to solicit requirements and recommend the design of repeatable and scalable processes.
• Experience with international sales/use tax, treasury/cash management, and/or new company code build experience a plus.(Include 3-5 skills, experiences, or must have requirements for delivering in this role, these should be specific, measurable and be answered with 'yes or 'no')

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar preferred.
• Experience within multinational, multicurrency, manufacturing organizations is preferred.
