Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will work as a senior SAP S4 HANA FICO consultant in a global team
• Working with team members to analyze plan design develop and implement solutions to meet strategic reliability control and security requirements.
• Advice business on SAP recommended business process and functionalities
• Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems
• Application support and training of end users
• Cooperating with consultants from other modules and technologies.
• Ability to work with End to End business process including third party systems

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Having good consultancy skills is crucial for this position!
• Strong experience in SAP FICO implementation and customization. Hands on experience with S4 Hana is considered beneficial.
• Proficiency in financial accounting reporting and controlling processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the financial processes in GLAPAR AA and CO modules
• Working experience in Agile way of working and Business consulting
• Knowledge on SAP procurement.
• SAP REFX knowledge is an added advantage
• Working experience with Onsite / Offshore model
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (Oral and written) in English .
