SAP FICO Consultant_Lead

Role Summary:
Main responsibility is providing solutions & enterprise enablement for the business on Finance and related functionalities in Flowserve .
You will also be involved in the Finance Business Process Standardization or implementations in various regions, align with the Flowserve corporate policies governance and statutory Requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the entire Finance project, including activities such as, Business development, product development, implementation, and hyper-care for all direct processes and in-direct subprocesses.
• Develop various functional specs relating to Objects of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and other modules while coordinating with technical specs with on and offshore development teams
• Responsible for functional & process quality of ERP implementation/improvement project life cycles.
• Strong in global enterprise enablement.
• Work with Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous regional & global business partners.
• Work closely with the production support team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science required.
• Master’s in computer related field is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required (in English).
• Critical problem-solving skills a must.
• Should have good understanding on the functional areas related to FICO
• Working experience on similar capacity for more than 8 years with at least 2-3 implementation life cycles.
• Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution.
• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Team Player, responsive, organized.
