SAP FICO Integration Analyst - (B4)

The position is for a business planning integration lead (this is both a lead and hands-on role), and the roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Act as an SME in design and implement data and process integration from FICO, COPA, CRM, C4C, CPQ, Sales Order, Contract, Material Management to SAP BPC
• Guide Functional Analysts (FA's) on design, estimate & development work delivered by them, quality assurance and review of deliverables.
• Manage business processes design/impact analysis during business blueprint and realization phases.
• Participate and support integration testing, user acceptance test cycles with the ability to resolve defects.
• Deployment and user adoption of BPC planning and analytics tools. Identify user adoption pain points and work with business users to address them.
• Understand the projects business requirements and timelines, and be able to drive closure of design issues to meet the projects go live

BPC Integration Lead (over 8 - 10 years' work experience), including 3 - 4 full life cycle Implementations

MUST have:

• Hands on implementation experience in Revenue and Gross Margin planning, RD Project and Cost Center Spend planning, inventory planning in manufacturing industry
• Must understand the process integration with FICO, COPA, CRM, C4C, CPQ, Sales Order, Contract, Material Management, via BW and Hadoop
• Experience with SAP Classic BPC 10.0/10.1 NetWeaver experience
• Knowledge of BPC planning and forecasting function and process, including Data Manager, Logic Script
• Strong solution architect, process integration and problem-solving skills
• The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be an effective team player in a global company.

Strongly preferred:

• Knowledge of writing functional specs & testing BPC BADI required.
• Knowledge of EPM development

Nice to have:

• Integration knowledge with Anaplan
