Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance and Procurement Track Lead to join our talented team. In this role, you will spearhead finance and procurement-focused SAP projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of SAP solutions. You will guide your team through design, implementation, and support while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Create and execute the detailed FICO track plan
- Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time
- Reviews key deliverables
- Communicate track status updates based
- Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Challenge the implementation team in solution design and tasks durations
- Manage integration areas with other streams
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM) modules, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management position.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing SAP Financial and Procurement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, procurement functions, and best practices within SAP.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful project outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate in Finance or Procurement) are preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Experience with change management and user training initiatives is a plus.
