Job Title: SAP Finance Consultant

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Reports to: SAP Team Lead
 

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP FI Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As an SAP FI Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and

supporting SAP FI solutions for our clients.
 

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:

o Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI solutions to meet client

needs.

o Configure SAP FI module, including GL, AP, AR, and AA, to ensure optimal

performance and accuracy.

o Perform system integration and data migration activities.

o Test and debug SAP FI configurations to identify and resolve issues.

• Support and Maintenance:

o Provide timely and effective support to end-users on SAP FI issues and

queries.

o Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system errors and performance problems.

o Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.

o Stay updated on the latest SAP FI releases and features.

• Project Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI implementation and support

• Strong understanding of SAP FI module, including GL, AP, AR, and AA.

• Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and techniques

• Operational and organizational knowledge of financial accounting processes

(statutory Romanian accounting)

• Solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including customer

facing experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• English language at least at B2 level is a prerequisite

• Willingness to travel as required
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in FI module.

• Experience in S/4HANA Finance.

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
