What you will do:

As our SAP Finance Data Readiness Manager, you will help our Accelerate Program by owning the identification, coordination, oversight to cleansing and load preparation for all data objects in the domain. You will collaborate with Leaders and Subject Matter Experts within the SAP Implementation program, Stryker's Divisions, Centers of Excellence, and geographies, to ensure we are fully prepared to migrate complete and accurate data from legacy systems to the SAP ecosystem. Additionally, you will work to align data to the Commercial template solution while ensuring data harmony across SAP and Global Applications. This role can be located anywhere in the US; however, your business hours will be east coast based.

  • In collaboration with the Business Data Migration Team and Information Technology, create an appropriate data migration strategy for the Release organization.
  • Lead data object identification, scoping, planning and cleansing activities for assigned area.
  • Creates network of subject matter experts across the Stryker Commercial landscape to leverage for input, participation in project activities and to engage in change management activities for business data migration.
  • Identifies and tracks metrics showing preparedness for data migration.
  • Ensures all interdependencies amongst data objects, even outside the assigned domain, are identified and harmonized before data loads.
  • Drive adoption of data completeness and quality to align with ERP capabilities.
  • Drive harmonized industry-best practice data process across all divisions and geographies.
  • Partners with Information Technology, Business Process Owners, and Business Process Implementation Leads to ensure the integrity of the data for SAP and Partner Systems
  • Facilitate decisions and the completion of the data readiness activities for data loads.
  • Leads and oversees workstream workshops.
  • Partners with others in the Business Data and Process domains to ensure successful handoff of complete and accurate data ready for data migration.
  • Ensure data meets business requirements, including close collaboration with key business leaders to ensure new requirements have appropriate data.
  • Works closely with systems integrator and provides input into migration plans and programs.

What you need:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration, or in lieu of a degree 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 8+ years of industry experience across multiple process areas and 4+ years of sub-process experience.
  • Prior Data Migration experience is needed for a qualified candidate.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP master and transactional data is needed for a qualified candidate.
  • Knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management
  • Broad experience across all domain processes, to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications
  • Prior experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs is needed to be a qualified candidate.
  • Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement a Global Template solution
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills needed to include V Lookups and linking spreadsheets.
  • $95,100- $175,000salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
