What’s the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Finance Expert to join our Finance Transformation team. As the key SAP expert, this role will drive best practices, processes, and ways of working within SAP across all finance areas, making the adoption smoother. You will serve as the go-to person for SAP-related inquiries, helping to ensure smooth implementation and optimal use of the system.

What will I be doing?

• Act as the in-house expert on SAP S/4 HANA functionality, especially in finance-related modules (FI/CO, TR & MM).
• Guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
• Contribute to training sessions for finance and other relevant departments to ensure effective use of SAP tools.
• Advise finance teams on SAP best practices, ensuring that each finance function (e.g., AP, AR, General Ledger, Tax, Treasury) optimally uses the system to enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes using SAP, driving process improvements and increased automation.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align SAP functionality with business requirements and goals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for any SAP S/4 HANA concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring resolution.
• Assist with the change management process, helping finance teams transition from current systems to SAP and promoting adoption.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on SAP workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated on new SAP functionalities and enhancements, proposing updates and improvements to the system.

What skills do I need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role and proven experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
