Clarifying system specifications and understanding the nature of the clients business requirements. Helping to define software requirements. Working on agreed solutions and implementing new system designs.Inputting into change activities. Inputting into design , testing , implementation and monitoring activities. Developing knowledge on products and/or services. Develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up to date with new processes, procedures and developments.Service awareness of all the organisations business areas, drivers, structures and priorities including SLA and KPI’s performance.
