SAP GRC Consultant

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
● Act as SAP security consultant/specialist consultant from an IBM SAP security perspective
● Proactively take leadership on activities related to security (propose solutions to IT client & align with fct stream colleagues – R&A matrix guidelines new actions/improvement plans implementation of changes (R&A related)
● Documented SAP Security design and administration processes creates operational guides and monitors existing operational guides for consistency and completeness (guidelines/documentation of existing processes R&A etc)
● Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive the plan/propositions with the client (IT and business if necessary)
● Coach and guide AMS colleagues
● Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution and implementation testing etc
● Not yet applicable but once client gives the go on GRC: Coordinate and perform major developments and projects in SAP GRC SAP Security & SAP Authorizations area.Contribute to SAP GRC knowledge base including development of training materials methods and tools; End-to-end responsibility for all stages (workshops technical design interface connection developments delivery tests cut-over hand-over to support organization project coordination etc.)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in similar role SAP Security/GRC consultant
• Experience in SAP (international) implementations (less mature clients and new GRC clients) (not only acting as support function/execution)
• Independent self-reliant driven leadership comfortable with client interfacing (IT and business) good communicator

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiar with an international and multi-cultural environment
• Develop and implement SAP security policies processes architecture training and communications. This function includes identifying and implementing security solutions and actively remediating vulnerabilities with existing solutions.
