SAP GRC Security Lead (Remote)

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich's is growing our global S/4HANA Transformation Office delivery team at our world headquarters in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product's corporate global growth strategy. Our team is focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our ERP and supply chain capabilities. In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create innovative solutions.

This SAP S/4HANA GRC Security Lead reports to the SAP Technical Manager and is responsible for the successful expansion, design, delivery, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise.

The SAP Security Lead will apply their knowledge to perform all SAP Security Administration and related functions, they will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

This includes working with business stakeholders to understand their needs, configuring and testing systems, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuously improving processes and procedures. This person would be required to lead efforts to implement Identity Management, Single sign on and other such Global security initiatives.

The SAP Security lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with other teams to ensure a successful SAP Security program at Rich's.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for SAP GRC
• Partner with Implementation partners and Rich's team to support the GRC implementation and other sap security related initiatives
• Configure and test SAP GRC systems to meet business requirements
• Maintain and troubleshoot GRC AC workflow issues, ruleset updates, PSS, and role management. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP GRC
• Create and maintain Firefighter processes, accounts, and assignments.
• Track and ensure FF Logs are reviewed in a timely manner
• Designing and documenting security administration policies and procedures.
• Design, implement and support security structures for SAP cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC
• Ensure segregation of duties remains intact in all security profiles.
• Perform periodic self-assessments and audits of all aspects relating to SAP security within all SAP environments.
• Provides advanced problem solving and technical support
• Continuously improve processes and procedures related to SAP GRC and update all corresponding documents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, users, and other teams
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP GRC, security and IDM related technologies.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5- 7 years of experience working with SAP security and SAP GRC. Strong understanding of SAP GRC functionality and configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to lead a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA required.
• Experience with SAP security and authorization design and development required.
• Ability to lead design discussions, requirement gathering sessions and implementation of security solutions.
• Experience with security for SAP PI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), BPC (Business Process Controls), Ariba, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Certified SAP GRC Professional a plus
