SAP GRC Senior Application Subject Matter Expert IV

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Apl Sub Matter Expert IV to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team to support daily operational activities and enhance current capabilities. This role provides expert guidance in the architectural design of business applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, processes, and products through technology.

Locations: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia

Responsibilities

Operation Security Management / User Access Management

ICFR Audits: Support testing and generate artifacts for audits

Finance Reporting Support: Report access configurations and operational support

Review existing GRC rule sets

Identify improvement opportunities and remediate identified violations

Implement automated control monitoring for SAP S4 HANA and extend provisioning to non-SAP systems

Design and build SAP Security and GRC solutions

Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security & GRC modules

Ensure compliance with standards such as SOX for security-related reporting

Execute business governance on role designs and safeguard key principles like "need to know" and segregation of duties

Leverage SAP GRC to its fullest extent, minimizing the use of mitigating controls

Administer and support the SAP GRC suite of applications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP Access and Process controls

Work Experience in This Field

• Minimum Required: 4-6 years
• Preferred: 7-9 years

English Proficiency

• Minimum Required: Fluent

• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree

• SAP SAC: Entry Level (1-3 years)

Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM PST, some evenings required
