SAP HANA Test Manager

You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This is role specializes in delivering test services for project/application with a team of test specialists. To spearhead the project testing efforts we seek a highly experienced and qualified SAP HANA Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project testing leadership and management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
• Lead the testing team motivating and mentoring team members.
• Provides effort and time estimates for testing activities and identify & manage testing dependencies.
• Directs and works along with team to build optimized test scenarios develop models and test cases.
• Develop comprehensive test plan for all the project testing cycles.
• Lead execution of test cases and management of defect cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure alignment and address their testing requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through periodic test reports and presentations highlighting testing milestones progress and potential risks.
• Proven experience using Test Automation tools like HPQC Tricentis Tosca .
• Proven experience of Performance Test management of complex hybrid IT Landscape.
• Proven experience managing Hybrid teams based onsite as well as Offshore.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading project testing for SAP implementations.
• Proven expertise in test planning and management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP testing methods processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication collaboration and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project testing effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
