We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM/SF/ECP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), SuccessFactors (SF), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and the ability to implement and optimize SAP HCM/SF/ECP solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time Management, and more.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that align with the client's HR and payroll processes.
  • Conduct workshops, gather and document functional and technical requirements, and design and implement SAP HCM/SF/ECP systems.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Deliver end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation to support system users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and best practices to continuously improve the system's performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM/SF/ECP Consultant.
  • Proven experience with SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and more.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ECP certification is a plus.
