Are you passionate about being a key player indeveloping a world-class end-to-end supply chain business model for a globalhome appliance company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-drivenprofessional to join our team as a Supply Chain planning Business Analyst.

In this role, you will have the opportunity tocollaborate with various teams, including Supply Chain Planning, ProductionPlanning, Warehousing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and technical experts.You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirementswithin the supply chain planning and forecasting areas and aligning solutionswith global architecture teams and the SAP IBP community.

As a part of this role, you will capture, analyze, andprioritize requirements, create configuration documentation, and ensureconfigurations meet business needs. You will manage projects to implement SAPIBP functionality and provide reporting and analytics, while also performingsystem maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues.

Furthermore, you will support the business by managinginterfaces between up and downstream systems, acting as a liaison betweentechnical and business teams, and harmonizing processes and solutions on aregional and global level. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role instreamlining operations and driving the success of our global home appliancecompany.

What you'll do:

• Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to ensure business project requirements are met with innovative and scalable technology solutions.
• Pre-screen and qualify requests for changes / enhancements to process and/or technology enablement capabilities.
• Document Supply Chain Planning business processes, manage and analyse data, and recommend process enhancements.
• Maintain an inventory of Supply Chain Planning business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with the related teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert by providing advanced functional knowledge and support for the SAP IBP system implementation covering end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, including the full S&OP cycle - Forecast, New Product Introduction, Supply Review, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning, Scenario Planning & Simulation, and Financial Planning input as well as the retrofit for the full cycle.
• Stay up to date with the SAP IBP quarterly releases content and its applicability to meet business needs, as well as provide recommendation on functionality implementation that could improve user experience and/or business outcomes.
• Responsible for hands-on configuration delivering a high-quality solution that meets the overall business requirements for an Integrated Business Planning.
• Facilitate all end-to-end Supply Chain testing activities including system and user acceptance testing. Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Qualificationsrequired:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 5 to 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience delivering Enterprise class solutions.
• Proven experience with SAP IBP on S&OP, Supply & Response, and Inventory modules.
• Desirable previous experience with SAP IBP for Demand (Demand Sensing)
• Desirable previous experience with SAP CI-DS.
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC integration points.
