Your Role

· Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation

· Act as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP IBP capabilities, staying updated on new functionalities and industry trends

· Responsible for overall project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hypercare

· Lead workshops with business to understand the business requirements, Solution Architecture and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP

· Lead the implementation, expertise level of configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements

· Conduct Unit Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing and Test Cases Automation

· Provide key user training and support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices and troubleshooting techniques

· Provide technical issues resolution, maintain knowledge management repository and test suite optimization post go-live

· Collaborate with IT team and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure the stability and uptime of SAP IBP system.

· Drive Integration initiatives between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow

· Work in a team independently in onsite/offshore model

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and understand business terminologies/processes.

Required

· 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation

· Minimum 4 life cycle implementation experience on any module of SAP IBP like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP

· If worked on only on support of SAP IBP, then minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience.

· Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Profound technical knowledge in solution designing, technical integration and development activities required for SAP IBP modules

· Earlier experience on any module of SAP APO and integration methodologies is added advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct workshops and training sessions.

· Willing to travel to client location for important workshops and training sessions.

Preferred

· SAP Certification

· German Language or French Language

· Worked on multiple modules like IBP Demand, IBP Supply, Inventory Optimization, Demand Sensing and Control Tower
