Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ICT Administrator III to join our team in Košice, Slovakia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP landscape, ensuring system performance, security, and reliability. As a member of our IT SAP basis team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission-critical business processes.

• Administer and maintain SAP ERP systems, including SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver

• Smooth and uninterrupted operation of customers’ environment

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure optimal performance and security
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
• Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
• Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in compliance with security policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new SAP modules and functionalities
• Optimize system performance through regular tuning and capacity planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• have secondary education
• have experience with SAP basis ICT Application Operation & Management -2
• have valid certification in SAP basis technology - advantage
• Proven expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes, including system upgrades
• have IT/PC literacy - Expert
• have HW/SW overview - Advanced
• have core platform knowledge - Advanced
• are communicative, team player and have analytical thinking, training/mentoring skills and presentation skills
• speak English – Upper intermediate (B2) 
• have overview of the ITIL processes
• German language is advantage (B1)

• Possible specialization 

• Participation on on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000€ /brutto.
