Eaton's Aerospace Group, Fuel Motion Control Division (FMC) is currently seeking a SAP Integration Lead to join our team. This position is based at our Los Angeles, CA facility.
Position Overview:
Responsible for all site SAP integration activities at FMC plants including creation, leadership, organization, and management of site implementation plans. Additionally, this role will function as the Global Process Owner for Warehouse (WH) management function. This role will initially support the Los Angeles facility as the overall Aerospace launch site and will expand to other FMC sites in future deployments.

In this role, you will:
- Lead all SAP implementation and integration activities at FMC sites including:
- Organization of plant resources, development and execution of site training plans, program management of plant actions, assessment, and refinement of all plant processes to align with global SAP template, and execution of communication plans.
- Function as the Global Process Owner for the Warehouse (WH) function in SAP to include the design and development of the WH process template that will be deployed across all of the Aerospace business.
- Work collaboratively with site leadership team to coordinate activities across all functions and escalate gaps to plant/division management.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in supply chain/MRP roles
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Los Angeles, CA facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $133,688 - 196,075. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experiences, and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
