Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• AMS Continuous monitoring of the applications included in the defined scope of services e.g.
  • Performance
  • Jobs
  • Interfaces
  • Dumps
  • Print Queues
• Creation and maintenance of incidents/tickets resulting from above-mentioned tasks.
• Recommendations for improvements regarding recurrent incidents
• Recommendations for Performance optimization
• Access Management/ Authorization – creation and/ or change of roles in SAP; critical role analysis; audit analysis request
• Maintenance of the operations manual

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP Hana knowledge
• SAP MM consultant experience min.3 years

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Italian language
