SAP Order Fulfillment Functional Consultant

You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is expected to provide business process Subject Matter Expertise for Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design. You will be designing and configuring business processes in SAP SD to create and process sales orders including creation and processing of quotations orders credit memos returns pricing availability check delivery back orders invoices and subsequent billing runs.

• Plans and leads major technology assignments
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness with sound customer handling skills
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional modules
• In depth knowledge and hands on experience in SD module functionalities especially in Order management Order Fulfillment Pricing Delivery Returns Rebates Backorder processing Billing User exits and Credit Management
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering analysis design development documentation test (unit functional integration regression stress and user acceptance) implementation and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SD Order To Cash
• Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years Order Fulfillment experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Federal Experience DoD experience
