SAP Program Manager

We are looking for an SAP Program Manager with a focus on SuccessFactors to support clients in our Consulting practice at Exadel. This role will work directly with our clients to deliver products and services in a growing consulting environment with people who truly care about you and your ideas.

Requirements:

• SAP SuccessFactors background
• 5+ years of large program management experience
• 10+ years of competency in consulting, project management, or related fields
• Expertise in working on global initiatives and working with global teams
• Proficiency in global data and GDPR
• Prior consulting skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Human Resources field
• Prior Big Four Consulting or related background

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Senior Consultant with our clients to drive large, global programs focused on SAP solutions
• Work directly with client and consulting teams, both on-site and remotely, to deliver customer-focused solutions

Compensation:

• For WA Residents: The base compensation range for this position is $75 to $80 per hour depending on experience
• Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
