SAP Program Manager, Data Analysis

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team to provide leadership to a portfolio of data and analytics projects that are either dependent on or directly part of the overall SAP ERP transformation. Project will range from data origination and governance to data cleansing, transformation and loading. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and dedicated data and analytics team to ensure successful delivery. You will serve as a mentor and coach to the teams to help them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of data and analytics related projects
• Co-ordination point for the various data activity in the parallel SAP deployments with a particular focus on SAP Central Finance.
• Collaborate with product management, data teams, development teams, deployment leaders / Agile business stakeholders and OCM team to prioritize and manage backlog items
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices as well as data best practices
• Drive accountability and transparency by ensuring program metrics are regularly tracked and reported
• Identify and manage risks and impediments to the program success
• Communicate program status and progress to executive leadership and other stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and coordination between program and other departments within the organization

Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data program management, preferably with experience in SAP and Agile approaches
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of software development tools and practices, such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft, etc.
