Your Role and Responsibilities

This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the administration of customer requirements development of standards using best practices develop and maintain requirement traceability and support to other areas of testing test development requirements validations defect management and resolution and quality assurance. Selected candidate will support an aggressive release tempo and ensure all work products comply with program security and customer requirements; and will support projects that help clients integrate strategy process technology and information to increase effectiveness maintain quality and adhere to program schedules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Thorough understanding of ERP in one or more SAP functional/module areas. (FI CO FM SD MM PS WFM)
Minimum of 3 years advanced experience in QA/Test and Requirements Traceability.
Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering analysis design development documentation test (unit functional integration regression stress and user acceptance) implementation and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules such as ECC BW SCM SRM in a Tier 3 environment.
Experience with the Rational – Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System – DOORs; and SAP Solution Manager and maintaining requirements traceability with SolMan.
  • Must be able to work with remote / global team successfully and with an ability to work with limited oversight.
  • Must be clearable.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Math Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in QA/Regression testing of IT solutions may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to…
• evaluate potential gaps and conflicts with test executions and validations that miss compliance with customer requirements.
• translate requirements / user stories into in-depth test cases.
• define / develop requirements management strategy and plans.
• support all Quality Assurance test management administration and metrics duties.
• Review and load test plans into test tracking tool to validate functionality and requirements
• Review design and technical packages to ensure quality and the proper processes are followed
• Produce Requirements Traceability Report following each Release to include RFC test status and associated System Specs and Functional Requirements tested (Contract CDRL).
