Job Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their quality management needs and translate them into SAP QM solutions
• Design and configure SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and control
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP QM, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and SD, as well as with non-SAP systems
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usability
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on best practices and innovations in SAP QM
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives

Qualifications

• Good German and good English skills both in written and spoken
• 8+ years of experience with SAP QM implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and control
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules such as MM, PP, and SD.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and client collaboration skills
• Experience with SAP project lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
