PURPOSE STATEMENT

The SAP S/4 HANA FICO Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting application systems, in addition to facilitating cost effective business solutions for Rich Products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Manages projects, providing direction to team members
  • Provide subject matter expertise and champion the usage of digital asset management tools furthering the organization's digital capabilities to support the ever growing digital demands of our internal and external customers.
  • Develop & maintain digital asset taxonomy within digital asset management systems
  • Work with internal and external customers to leverage and integrate digital assets into business systems as well as internal and external sites & portals.
  • Defines objectives, identifies milestones and timelines and monitors performance relative to the established project plans for small, medium and large sized projects, using accepted project management methodologies.
  • Works with customers to determine business needs, identify system requirements and foster strong customer relations within areas of responsibility. Provides regular status updates to users and I/S Management regarding projects.
  • Develops and delivers change management, communications, and training plans. to help ensure effective use and long-term adoption of applications and systems and underlying processes.
  • Provides guidance and mentors IS project managers and team members on change management methodology to build OCM capability over time. Serves as OCM subject matter expert for the IS team. As appropriate, partners with HR, Training, Corporate Communications, and other teams on OCM activities.
  • Mentors less experienced I/S delivery team members, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Supervises the work of team members assigned to assist with project segments of limited complexity, ensuring compliance to system life cycle methodologies and resolving any problems which occur.
  • Develops high level testing plans for integration and system testing in order to identify potential defects and minimize problems within the application after it is implemented. Supervises testing activities.
  • Designs integration solutions for existing software applications. Evaluates and recommends package software solutions consistent with systems architecture.
  • Provides the information, documentation and guidance necessary to seamlessly transition-designed systems to the operations and support areas.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, CS or other comparable technology concentrations. Masters degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with content management systems
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing organizational change management plans for technology implementations. Prosci ADKAR certification preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Asset / Content Management systems (Video & Image)
  • Practical experience with taxonomy and content management principles
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server preferred
  • Microsoft Office - In Depth

  • Visio - Basic
  • Travels occasionally (up to 25% of time) - Domestic / International
