PURPOSE STATEMENT
Rich's is growing our global S/4HANA Transformation Office delivery team at our world headquarters in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product's corporate global growth strategy. Our team is focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our ERP and supply chain capabilities. In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at WHQ to create new solutions.
This SAP S/4HANA Development Manager reports to the Director of S/4HANA Transformation Office and is responsible for the successful expansion, design, delivery and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Provides leadership and oversight of the SAP S/4HANA Technology and Development platform. In this role, you will manage the S/4HANA development team, to design, implement and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions to achieve defined business goals.
Responsible for building a high-performance team, ensuring motivation and engagement of associates. Focus on performance of the team, setting goals and direction and issue resolution and escalation. Manages resources to ensure associate performance goals are met or exceeded according to defined performance objectives.
Inspires team members to work toward achieving goals, promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and meeting deadlines, helps others set clear goals and associated resource requirements. Creates an environment of continuous learning. Actively seeks to coach and help with personal development.
Work with the project team and business partners to determine business needs, identify system requirements and foster strong customer relations within areas of responsibility. Provide regular status updates to the Transformation Office team and business users.
Scope, plan and manage work for new releases and projects. This includes activities such as: evaluating and recommending the right team resource mix (onshore vs. offshore) to balance delivery to budget, providing accurate work estimates and standards as an input to program timeline and milestones, planning and assigning individual deliverables, set tools, and standards, working closely with Enterprise Architecture team, to use during the execution of a project.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS• Responsible for developing and maintaining a global standard architecture• Management of resources across geographic scope (onsite, near shore, and offshore) to provide resource management, task management, and ensure delivery• Monitor and manage team goals and performance to ensure the team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints, as well as the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment• Collaborate with ERP Technology Leader and other functional leaders to prioritize the work needed to deliver ERP solutions, considering comparative business values, costs and budgets• Drive standard business process utilization in ERP Technology implementations and enhancements while maintaining alignment with Rich's IT ERP Strategies and Roadmaps• Provide operational support for all production ERP Technology services owned• Manage and lead the development, technical testing, and deployment of all-new custom objects• Management of work products that are across multiple technology stacks such as SAP S4/HANA, application development toolsets and standards, and middleware integration technologies • Responsible for providing high-level designs, development efforts, including the complexity of the effort and estimates.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred • Demonstrated expertise and experience regarding application development tools, programming languages, and/or technologies relevant to area being managed• At least 5 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and implementation and support• Experience or knowledge of SAP ABAP on HANA, SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, SAP FIORI, SAP Cloud Platform for Extensions, ABAP Development Tools, Code Performance and testing tools and guidelines for SAP HANA, SLT, Magnitude, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services, Database Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption• Knowledge of one or more of the following application SAP components - S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MGD, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAC• Knowledge of Microsoft AX, D365 ERP systems preferred• Experience in coordinating with offshore and remote teams for Technical specification, coding, unit testing, and integration deliverables.• Experience with the design and enablement of the SAP Fiori UX preferred• 2 years of experience supervising staff • Demonstrated planning and organizing skills • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills • Strong PC Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration technologies such as MS Teams and WebEx• Ability to build close relationships with senior business leaders• Ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills allowing you to present confidently to your team and other stakeholders within the delivery program• Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced result-oriented environment• Willingness to Travel (up to 10% of time) #IND123 #LI-RT1
