SAP Services Business Development Manager - IBM Consulting

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager you will successfully create pipelines of new projects identify and build relationships with new customers. You will utilize knowledge of industry segment processes and challenges to position and sell IBM Consulting services. The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience and proven successes in selling similar or competing services. The candidate should also have domain experience with either the services itself a similar service offered by a direct competitor or business partner.
Major responsibilities:
- Active participation in sales processes including preparing offers
- Identify and qualify prospective customers and progress opportunities through the pipeline
- Maintain and share a clear point of view on best practice in selling IBM Consulting services
- Achieve/exceed revenue quotas on a consistent basis
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Develop and execute against business plan to achieve objectives and provide accurate forecasting
- Effectively direct the huge resources at your disposal in; pre-sales specialists product specialists consultants and our business partner organization
- Win new clients through your sales acumen and ability to team with others
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales and sales consultancy related to consulting services
- Experience developing strategies that influence decisions at the organization / BU level
- Experience in selling or supporting consulting services and should have ability to work/progress many sales opportunities simultaneously
- Experience managing programs across functional teams and willingness to lead by example
- Experience influencing and negotiating with customers up to C-suite or VP level
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 10+ years of experience in consulting sales (preferable SAP Services)
- Enterprise level hands-on experience
