Our Team

Global Information Services, is Applied Materials IT organization supporting all Business Units and Functional Organizations. This team supports the Legal Compliance Organization in enabling IT solutions for Global Trade, Global Security and other Legal operations.

Your Opportunity

SAP GTS Solution Architect will be responsible for designing & delivering enhancements to existing SAP GTS to meet new business needs and to ensure Trade compliance in order to support business operations. This role provides opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams within IT organization as well as business stakeholders globally. In addition, will provide opportunity to lead an extended team in India in deliver enhancement projects.

Roles and Responsibility

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their IT requirements.
• Design appropriate solutions for the requirements.
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver appropriate solution Manage building, testing and deploying the designed solution in production environment.
• Provide third level support on production issues.
• Lead and guide extended team members to deliver the solution.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Functional experience in working on SAP GTS integrated with SAP ECC, CRM and other applications and implementing Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Management for Exports & Imports, Product Classification and Trade preference management.
• Experience in designing and configuring SAP GTS systems for the requirements.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications to business requirement documents.
• Guide ABAP and other technical teams to develop custom functional modules and application interfaces.
• Have good understanding of SAP ECC, S/4 and GTS roadmap

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience working in SAP GTS as Functional Analyst

Additional Qualifications:

Certification in SAP GTS, SAP S/4 and Project Management preferable
