SAP Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst

Summary:
We are looking for an SAP Supply Chain business systems analyst with CPG industry experience to join our O'hana (Family). Person in this role should have experience with SAP Logistics Execution, materials Management, Sales and EDI experience with Shipping and transportation. Solid experience with 3PLs is desired. Person in this role will be supporting with Shipping, Transportation, Procurement, Warehousing, 3PL and plant logistics in the S/4 HANA landscape and closely work with sales, manufacturing, procurement, and Warehousing.
Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with SAP Logistics Execution and Materials management in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1709 or later with integration knowledge to SAP SD, QM, PP-PI and FI/CO modules.

• Good understanding of end to end supply chain processes Inventory Management, Sales Order, Delivery, Shipments, Shipping and possibly integration with TMS systems for shipment processing
• Should have experience with deliveries for Sales orders, Stock Transport orders, Customer Returns and Vendor Returns.
• Should have experience with inventory management, procurement, batch management, picking, packing, Handling units, Batch Determination, ATP, shipment processing, load building, Carrier tendering, Carrier booking, Carrier check in, check out, freight handling in SAP and TMS systems in Shipping points at Plants, Warehouses and 3PLs.
• Experience with Freight invoices to carriers
• Knowledge of outputs such as Labels, Bill of Lading, Packing list, Purchase order, invoice etc.

• SAP configuration experience with trouble shooting SAP LE functionality, EDI and Idocs, XML, PI/PO interfaces.
• Experience with RICEF development with understanding of ABAP, FIORI, EDI, ALE, BAPI, BADI, User exits, LSMW and RFCs.
• Should be a teammate with good communication skills and able to work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and 3rd parties.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience with BluJay or other TMS systems

• Experience with S&OP such as Kinaxis, IBP, JDE etc.
• Experience with MRP, MPS, DRP
• Working experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now
• Experience with integrating 3rd party WMS systems with EDI and API
