MISSION: We support and resolve sophisticated incidents, by finding workarounds and sharing them with the team. The team will also offer guidance to the team on the usage of business applications. We offer technical expertise (mentorship) on the ticket resolution, to ensure a growth of knowledge in the team while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Achieve Mastery level of at least one or more of the key systems supported by the team (SAP, Fiori, BI)!

• A Super-user in Application systems and be able to provide guidance to other team members.
• Incident Management by identifying impact and validates priority.
• Provide technical and functional analysis in IT applications i.e. SAP.
• Identify and communicate potential workarounds and offer End to End incident reporting to users
• Be an active player in the improvement of the team processes.
• Propose solutions and alternatives to the selected elements to improve and take ownership of delivering those initiatives.
• Domain authority in IT compliance standards to ensure all work is done accurately by handling the audit tasks within the team.
• Create a smooth handover with the Small/Medium teams. Assist to the knowledge transfers to evaluate the sustainability of the solution from a support perspective.
