We seek an SAP Technical Engineering Manager to lead our expert team in SAP Basis/SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administration.

Technologies

• SAP Basis / SAP BTP Administration

• Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operations
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Design and implement high-performance technical solutions in SAP Basis/BTP
• Manage projects using SAP Activate methodology, encompassing everything from inception to post-production support
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Basis and BTP, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing system upgrades, installations and configurations
• Administer and optimize SAP landscapes for performance, security and stability
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, driving compliance with company policies through regular system audits

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration, ideally in a managerial role
• Deep-rooted knowledge in SAP system administration, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA and SAP BTP
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Outstanding leadership skills accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation

• Experience as an SAP Technical Architect
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA transition scenarios
• SAP certifications
• Practical knowledge and certifications with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
