Reporting directly to GAS Director Software QA & Test Mgt, this role will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and operationalizing the process for SAP Test Management incl. Test automation.

1. Planning, organizing, monitoring, and oversight of all phases of testing
2. Work closely with the Project Managers, Process Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements have been met
3. Develop, execute, and manage test plans and schedules for each test phase, including unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
4. Develop estimates for each testing phase
5. Lead preparation of business scenarios and required test scripts, including identification of needed master and transactional data to execute end-to-end testing
6. Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate test activities into the overall project plan
7. Lead business team in execution of all test phases
8. Facilitate test meetings, escalating to Project Manager as needed
9. Monitor issues/defects for trends and provide metrics to the project management team
10. Management and oversight of test team to ensure timely test execution, proper test result documentation, timely defects/issues reporting, and timely retest
11. Works closely with the program management office, project managers to plan testing and collaborates on the project schedule, taking into consideration associated business and technical risks.
12. Participates in meetings to present results of a testing cycle, which supports exit and entry criteria's for the next phase of the project
13. Ensure standardized process and procedures are used for efficient handling of testing to minimize defects.
14. Manage, coordinate, monitor, and report on testing activities
15. Audit and manage the Test Management process improvement cycle
Basic Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in IT working as a Test Lead or in a strategic testing role
• Experience with Testing Tools such as HP-ALM, QTEST, TOSCA, etc.
