SAP Testing Lead

We are seeking an SAP Testing Lead to join our experienced Management Consulting team where you can fully utilize your subject matter expertise and technical skills to drive effective solutions for the clients' needs. You will learn and fully understand our client's SAP and Ariba environment, evaluate issues, and develop solutions.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for leading the testing efforts for the SAP implementation project, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the system
• Collaborate with the project team to understand SAP and Ariba processes, establish testing scope and integrate testing activities into the implementation timeline
• Setup test cycles and oversee the execution of ITC (SIT) and UAT testing
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the SAP and SAP Ariba implementation project
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements and scenarios
• Conduct end-to-end testing processes to ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems
• Manage and execute test cases, report defects, and track their resolution using HP ALM
• Monitor and analyze test results to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements
• Provide regular updates on the testing progress, including any potential risks or delays to the project timeline
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with business objectives and requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for test processes, procedures, and results
• Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle
• Conduct training sessions for team members on using HP ALM effectively for test management

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working on SAP implementation projects
• Proficiency in using HP ALM for test management and defect tracking
• Intermediate understanding of Ariba processes and integration points with other SAP modules preferred
• Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills to guide the team effectively through overlapping testing cycles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Certification in SAP or related modules is a plus

Location:  Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC based position. Remote options available.
