The Role
AS SAP Transportation Management consultant you will be part of the Sales Logistics Service in a global team responsible for the SAP modules TM and LE in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for advising internal customers in the transportation and shipping area and optimizing business processes, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of the newly created IT Service Hub in Monterrey.

To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Analyzes business/ functional requirements and identify gaps comparing to SAP standard.
• Performs functional and technical design and documents technical specifications. Ensures compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture.
• Mapping of the end-to-end shipping and transport business processes for our internal customers
• Optimizing SAP TM solutions in S4/HANA using customization
• Proposing solutions to solve complex business problems by reusing existing solutions or suggesting a new one
• Advising our internal customers in the SAP Transport Management and SAP BN4L area
• Participation in the full project life cycle, rollouts, and handover to the operations
• Support our internal customers by solving incidents and service requests.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional work experience as an SAP TM Consultant
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Knowledge of business processes in the area of Shipping and Transport Management
• Professional experience involving in planning, designing, implementing, and testing end-to-end solutions in an international environment.
• Project experience in customizing in S4/HANA
• Basic knowledge of ABAP Objects (nice to have) and BOBF.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperate in the team.
