SAP Transport Management

This role is designed for an experienced SAP TM professional who thrives in complex, large-scale transformation environments. You will contribute to end-to-end transportation management solutions, supporting logistics optimization and supply chain efficiency. Working in a collaborative, client-facing setting, you will help translate business requirements into scalable SAP TM configurations. The position involves both implementation and support activities across integrated SAP landscapes. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of transportation processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong technical SAP TM expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic remote setup.

• Work as part of a cross-functional SAP team to design, configure, and deliver SAP Transportation Management solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and support key SAP TM processes including freight orders, freight contracts, freight settlement, and freight unit building
• Implement and maintain TM functionalities such as planning, optimization, trip execution, carrier collaboration, and event management
• Manage integrations with SAP SD and other modules such as MM, EWM, and GTS, ensuring seamless end-to-end process flow
• Support EDI and interface integrations, including monitoring IDOCs and related messaging workflows
• Apply compliance, risk management, and quality standards while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders, handle deliverables independently, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management with exposure to SAP Sales and Distribution
• Strong expertise in SAP TM configuration including planning profiles, selection profiles, enterprise structure, and optimization processes
• Experience in freight management processes such as freight orders, freight contracts, and freight settlement
• Knowledge of Post Processing Framework and Business Rules Framework Plus
• Experience in integration scenarios involving SAP TM and other SAP modules
• Exposure to EDI, interface monitoring, and integration tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team-oriented and client-facing environments
• SAP TM certification and experience with tools like Solution Manager, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms are preferred
