Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAS Administrator to join our team and support the operations of a key Life Sciences customer. The role involves overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the client's SAS environment, ensuring it runs efficiently and securely. You will be responsible for managing user access, maintaining system performance, handling data integration, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of SAS services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAS installation and SAS Studio setup, ensuring all components are properly deployed and configured.
• Manage system updates, patches, and monitor performance to maintain optimal functionality of the SAS environment.
• Oversee account management and implement access control measures to ensure secure and efficient user management.
• Handle data integration tasks, and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard data and ensure availability.
• Provide comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems in the SAS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAS Installation, Configuration, and System Maintenance.
• Expertise in User Management, including Account Management and Access Control within SAS environments.
• Solid background in Data Management, including Data Integration and Backup/Recovery procedures in SAS.
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for SAS systems.

Additional Information

• Remote (only Portugal-based candidates) 
• Project-based and B2B collaboration.
• Daily rates: 200-270 euros gross/day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:00 Portugal Time
