What We’re Looking for 

As SAS Production Support Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring 24/7 availability of SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya platforms deployed in Production. You will ensure users have appropriate system access according to CRB security model. You will receive, analyze and route support tickets related to daily user activity. You will monitor system performance, backups, and services health on daily basis. You will implement DRP plan and perform DRP exercises as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
• At least 3 years of experience in administration of SAS 9.4 Platform
• At least 1 year of experience in administration of SAS Viya Platform
• At least 3 years of experience in SAS Programming including Base, Macro and SQL
• Knowledge of data integration principles and working experience with SAS DI
• Working experience with Linux and Windows OS including scripting
• Working experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Implementation experience in at least one SAS AML 7.x project (nice to have)
• Implementation experience in at least one SAS VI project (nice to have)
