Supply Area Southeast Asia (SASEA) is one of 7 supply Areas in the world, and our co-workers are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta and Port Klang.

Job Description

You will work with our various locations (in Southeast Asia) to gain an overall picture and understanding of the whole Sustainability agenda. The idea is to offer you the opportunity to learn from the reality of each one of our offices, Moreover, you will also have the chance to work in

Assignments:

• Develop and lead the sustainability integration plan for all mandatories and key franchise offer areas with high interdependencies towards franchisee such as Iconduct to support Retail concept sustainability team, network and business leaders in Retail Concept and key franchise offer areas.
• Map gaps and improvements together with mandatory owners and Iconduct leaders and support the sustainability content leaders and specialists in Retail Concept to deliver conceptual and key franchise offer areas enablers.
• Lead sustainability content integration in Retail Concept review landscape and act as the first point of entry for concept description and review team:
  • Conceptual review
  • Retail Operations excellence sustainability review
  • Franchisee evaluation
  • Franchisee feedback loop
  • Market brand health review
• Support the sustainability knowledge transfer to franchisees on the requirements connecting to sustainability and reporting.
• Support the sustainability reporting with good example collection and verification with Retail Concept sustainability team, network, and relevant business leaders.
• Connect and map Retail Concept sustainability, business and franchisees needs of digital enablers to support the strategic sustainability digital enablers roadmap.
• Contribute to ongoing developments within Retail Concept, by providing sustainability expertise and connect the needed process leaders.
• Support Retail concept sustainability team, network and business leaders’ integration by providing developed performance content.

Qualifications

• University degree in sustainability or one of the following engineering or social fields (environmental, chemical, mechanical, forestry or industrial)
• Good knowledge and understanding of sustainability related global and local trends and their impacts to the total business. 
• Experience working with ESG Governance (environmental, social, and corporate) 
• 1-3 years of experience working in developing sustainability agenda (fresh graduates to be consider based on their university background)
• Experience in leading projects.
