Saxbys Spring 2022 Internship - Content Marketing

Status: Part-time (15 hours/week) | Credit Eligible

Saxbys is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and disciplined student to take part in our Marketing Internship. This is a unique opportunity to assist in scaling the Saxbys Brand Ambassador Program as the company expands to new markets. The student selected for this opportunity will be responsible with the recruitment process of ambassadors while also managing content, and helping develop a new tier of our program. 

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out, qualify, and convert Brand Ambassadors in our new regions 
• Responsible for keeping track of content and properly crediting ambassadors for their contributions
• Assist in the development of our new Student Campus Marketing program
• Brainstorm content ideas and trends for Saxbys social media & assist in the creation of content as needed
• Participate in weekly content meetings with the Saxbys Product & Marketing Team
• Assist in the configuration and distribution of value-add items for the program; i.e. swag packages, catering party packs, collaborations, and content challenge prizes 
• Test & learn tactics for a new Influencer program; e.g. DM influential students, propose & execute partnerships
• Assist with ad hoc marketing projects for the Saxbys Leadership Team

Qualifications:

• Previous Saxbys or Brand Ambassador experience preferred 
• Currently enrolled as a college student at a campus served by Saxbys 
• Understanding of foundational marketing concepts and approaches 
• Physical Requirements
• Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods of time
• Able to stoop and kneel 
• Push, pull, lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
