SC Prac/Program Mgr I

This position is responsible for the overall managerial coordination of the specialty clinic office. Daily operations include management of personnel, operating budget, assists in performing front office functions relating to check-in and check-out functions, organizes and standardizes office operations and procedures. The job requires a high level of flexibility, excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate activities of the office staff, clinical personnel and business support. Patient focus is a critical element for this position in that good customer service is a priority for specialty clinic offices.

Education & Experience

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Three years business experience required.
• One year management experience in physician office and/or medical billing service preferred.
• Must possess a basic understanding of general accounting principles.
• A solid understanding of coding and third party requirements is required.
• Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public, physician or administration.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• Maintains BLS as defined in area of practice.
