As a Schedule Integration Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage.
- Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects.
- Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls. Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.
- Manage design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor.
- Assure accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules.
- Manage the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and coordinates trades mobilization.
- Engage in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment.
- Ensure projects are completed according to project plans. Manages project team resourcing and training.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a closely related field with 4+ years of experience in scheduling in medium to large sized construction environment using primavera/Microsoft project.
- 6+ years of Scheduling and Construction Management or Estimating experience in large construction projects.
- 4+ years of experience with Primavera P6 usage on large complex or highly integrated projects will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Semiconductor Basebuild project schedules.
- Familiar with Pull Planning.
- Knowledge of a window-based environment and software like PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365 Suites.
- Technical advisor with respect to critical path, predecessors/successors, activity definition, activity sequencing, and logic.
- Understanding of:
- Both the facilities construction and equipment install process.
- The design, engineering, procurement, and construction management phases associated with delivering large projects.
