Join the HALO Palms Imaging team in Oxnard, CA.  We are hiring a full time Scheduler with variable shifts Monday - Friday from 7am - 7pm. You will have the opportunity to work with a caring team to support patients at our multimodality outpatient imaging center.

Responsibilities:  

• Uses metrics and standards to answer calls in a timely manner (as assigned by leader) 
• Relay information accurately and promptly between patients and staff. 
• Warm hand off any connecting calls between patients, offices and staff. 

• Schedules appointments efficiently and accurately, following registration protocols. 
• Confirm that all patient demographic information is correct, using warm and professional communication skills. 
• Instruct patients on proper preparation on exams. 
• Work scheduling queues in RIS. 

Qualifications:  One year of customer service experience, bilingual, basic computer skills and medical terminology highly preferred.
