In this role you will serve as a liaison between nurses and current customers. You will schedule healthcare consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared for and understand the consultation process.Â
Working hours: 2:00pm – 22:30pm CETÂ
Hybrid position with 1 year contract. Â

A day in the life...Â

Request availability of our specialists primarily to be done through our platform which may include, rarely, contact via text & phone.Â

Manage an active queue of requests with timely follow-up.Â

Assisting our specialists with account concerns.Â
-
Maintain customer's confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Â
-
Effectively navigate multiple internal systems and processes to obtain appropriate data.Â
-
Communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process to ensure consultations are completed timely via email, phone, & text messages.Â
-
Schedule consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared and understand the consultation process.Â
-
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling conflicts.Â
-
Accurately input necessary customer information into the database.Â
-
Work closely with our nurses and Member Support team to facilitate successful consultations.

Work collaboratively and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our members.Â

Meet team/personal qualitative and quantitative targetsÂ
What we are looking for...Â

1+ years of employment experience in the customer service industry or related industryÂ
-
Scheduling experience is a plus.Â
-
Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms.Â
-
Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail,Â
-
Critical Thinking, Customer Services Skills, and Data Entry.Â
-
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Â
-
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple high-priority tasks concurrently with minimal direction.Â
